What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioral therapy has helped many individuals around the globe to gain control over their lives again.

The aim of CBT is to change one’s thoughts and get a better understanding of one’s emotions. In therapy, you are also provided with the skills needed to handle daily activities in an effective way.

In the first couple of sessions, we focus on identifying problems. Thereafter, we meet once a week under a limited period. A therapy session is 45-50 minutes.

CBT has helped individuals with various issues, anxiety, depression, and social phobia.
